  • The purpose is to improve provide an efficient delivery and administration of our reward and recognition program that will increase engagement and impact team member satisfaction.

    The goal is:

    a. To better reward our team members for the outstanding work they do everyday

    b. Provide a more customized recognition program awarding “Points” for recognition. Each point translates into a dollar, that you spend the way you choose.

    c. Create timely and relevant engagement opportunities between managers and team members

  • All regular full-time and part-time team members, below director level

  • a. Points are earned one of two ways. Automated points provide recognition for personal milestones such as your birthday and service milestones.

    b. Manual points are earned based on your eligibility for programs that highlight organization standards and metrics such as safety, customer service, people placed… and more.

  • Once terminated, team members are no longer eligible to redeem points on Amazon.

  • Go to the Goodwill website, employee login and select “Good Rewards.” Your personal email address is automatically uploaded to Awardco as your “User Name.” Your work email cannot be your user name. You may make corrections to your personal email address via UKG. Contact Pat Dixon padixon@gwisr.org if you have issues with your login.

  • On the left side of the recognition Feed page, you will see filters that can be selected to isolate the team, business segment, or individual you would like to see on the Feed. Consider creating “Saved Views” with these filters for quick access in the future.

    All posts on the feed should be brief, relevant to the recognition and work appropriate.

  • After logging into your account, you will see a tab just under the logo in the top left corner of the screen called [Spend Points]. Hovering over this tab, you will see a drop-down menu listing the available categories of awards. Click each item to see the individual redemption options available.

    Team Members should observe the IT Acceptable Use Policy with regard to any online shopping.

  • Your points do not expire! Save them up to purchase a gift of your choice!

  • Reasons to Check?

    • You believe the card has been used, but you didn't use it.

    • You need to know the balance on your card

    • You ordered a card, never used it, but the card is now expired.

    • You are not sure if you ever used the card and you need to see how it was used, If indeed it was.

    For Assistance:

    • Contact Awardco support: 800-320-0893, support@awardco.com, or use the CHAT feature. Give the representative your name and personal email address along with the date the card was ordered.

    • Ask the Support representative "Have funds been used on my Prepaid Visa Card?"

  • It is not possible to buy additional points for use in the Awardco platform. Points are automatically set for each GoodReward program. However, you can redeem available points for a Visa Cash Gift Card and use your personal credit card to make-up the difference in the cost of a purchase.

  • No. You will not pay sales taxes, payroll taxes or shipping for any purchases through GoodwillSR Rewards! (There may be a small Fee for purchasing a “Plastic” Cash Card). Tax treatment for your GoodRewards points redeemed will appear on your W-2 as income with any applicable tax allocations.

  • You may redeem your points for any item within the price range of the points you have. (There may be occasions where points are earmarked for certain items and that will be the only item for which you will be able to redeem your points. An attempt to purchase other items in this case, will show as “ineligible points.” However, in these instances, you will be notified in advance).

  • To better ensure the quality of product you receive, and to ensure the item you receive is covered by Amazon's 30-day return policy, only items directly warehoused and fulfilled by Amazon are eligible for redemption in the Awardco platform. While this means items sold in the Amazon Marketplace by third-party sellers are not available for redemption, it does provide better protections for you as you spend your points on the Awardco platform. Team Members may cash in points for a Physical Master Card (some fees may apply, i.e., extra to expedite a plastic card) to purchase the item to use along with their personal payment method for Amazon items not listed on the Platform.
